My emp code was 66302, in the evening of 1st march 2011 i received one phone call from HCL HR , call was from miss Shivali Dixit Saxena SHE INFORMED ME THAT mr. jagdish you have been fired please send us your resign other wise we will terminate you.
 So i resigned HCL in 4 March 2011.

This is basterd company i was college toper in government Poly technic Pilibhit. By my bed luck i joined HCL, Now my future is finish.
Please donot join HCL INFOSYSTEMS LTD if you love your future. HCL was realy a good company but after joining of MR. HARSH CHITALE this is not good company, They have fired 18 Permanent employee in The month of march. MAny of fired engineers have 18 to 20 years exp. There in HCL we were forced to create farzi OTC.
WE are adviced to down any printer and pc of any branch specialy in SBI and then say to sbi customer that perticullar part will be replaced on charges base only.

The sales team, Resource Mgmt. Group and HR team work as though they are working for a govt. company. No professionalism in HR, RMG as they use harassing tactics against employee if they do not listen to them. 

Joining CSC for a short term of 6 months for a good package is ok.

We work in ACS account in Infinite- Bangalore . I joined this account 12 months back as a with lots of expectations but after joining here came to know how bad a company can treat its employees. We work every saturday, sunday, no festivals also. We are asked to work in the company almost 24/7. Even though we work more than 13 hours a day, we are asked to come on sat and sun to work that too more than 13 hours on week ends also. we wont get comp off&#039;s. Even when we are not feeling well, managers are asking to get doctor certificate. I&#039;m scared, is this the S/W culture every where in S/W companies? But outside world thinks that S/W engineers enjoy their life on week ends. Here i&#039;m not feeling well for long time and when asked for release, Infinite managers threaten you that you will be out of Infinite. 

Even for women employees also 13 hours per day and sat,Sunday also working days...
Senior managers in the meeting says that employees are equal to animals and you have to work when ever and what ever the time. these type of statements coming from top officials of the company also.

		<description><![CDATA[I work in a college  at bangalore, which is 32 kms outside the limits of the city towards Hesaraghatta.Here the Management hires and fires you if you do not respect the peon or the watchmen. You have to put salaam to all the office staff.
When the Recession was high last year the management use to pay the salary once in 2 months or 3 months. So some people went and questioned the admn people what has Recession to with the admissions because the college is any how getting huge donatioons for that immediately 12 were removed without any warning and in that some had 7-8 years of exerience in that college for them the reliving letter showed as Terminated.

Starting with a mere pharmacy the college is grwn with Nursing, polytechnic, Engineering, MBA and MCA . 
There are roughly about 6000 students studying here and the college is affliated to VTU and BU. 
Approximately the college makes about 120 crores in a year and in that 10 percent is been given to the babus of the state and to the press so that no complaint from any one gets noticed.

There are a quite few thugs who are from the prestigious IIM Band they have lost their jobs in the recession and they have been appointed as Sr. faculties in MBA and PGDM getting a whooping salary of 1.2 lacs permonth working just for 4 hrs a day for 6days with perks like housing and chauffer. But if you see the techinbg talent it cannot be compared even to a Kindergarden teacher so bad is their quest for teaching and I do not know what results we can expect from these Thugs of IIM B.

I was recently fired because I mingle with all the students in the college since I&#039;m a Business communication Teacher and I have to do so to know them better but some have gone to the chairman and told that I&#039;m having Extra marital relations with the lady students of Engineering, MBA and MCA. That is the mentality ofsome of the older staff who are in HR and Corporate Relations of this college . But I can Survive in bangalore because it is not new for me may be I have to wait for another 2months  before any college advertises.

There is politics in each and every orgnisation but it should be healthy. so please think twice or thrice while joining anyInstituion.and don&#039;t try to give any comments to your friend or so because the walls have ears too. so it will be apt to start some business associated with the school or college curriculum like supplying of Stationary materials or dress to the satudents or catering.

There is plenty of scope outside we have to wait for the catch or if you think of working overseas the bestpalce will be any European country . i came from Spain only because of my marriage and for the last 15 years I had the most of it M&amp; D SSo i will shortly making a study of overseas Teraching and gointhere. I really don&#039;t want to go to US, fareast and Middle east.

Approximately the college makes about 120 crores in a year and in that 10 percent is been given to the babus of the state and to the press so that no complaint from any one gets noticed.</p>
<p>There are a quite few thugs who are from the prestigious IIM Band they have lost their jobs in the recession and they have been appointed as Sr. faculties in MBA and PGDM getting a whooping salary of 1.2 lacs permonth working just for 4 hrs a day for 6days with perks like housing and chauffer. But if you see the techinbg talent it cannot be compared even to a Kindergarden teacher so bad is their quest for teaching and I do not know what results we can expect from these Thugs of IIM B.</p>
<p>I was recently fired because I mingle with all the students in the college since I&#8217;m a Business communication Teacher and I have to do so to know them better but some have gone to the chairman and told that I&#8217;m having Extra marital relations with the lady students of Engineering, MBA and MCA. That is the mentality ofsome of the older staff who are in HR and Corporate Relations of this college . But I can Survive in bangalore because it is not new for me may be I have to wait for another 2months  before any college advertises.</p>
<p>There is politics in each and every orgnisation but it should be healthy. so please think twice or thrice while joining anyInstituion.and don&#8217;t try to give any comments to your friend or so because the walls have ears too. so it will be apt to start some business associated with the school or college curriculum like supplying of Stationary materials or dress to the satudents or catering.</p>
<p>I finish hereby sayiing Robert Frost&#8217;s poem &#8220;The Road less travelled&#8221;</p>
<p>There is plenty of scope outside we have to wait for the catch or if you think of working overseas the bestpalce will be any European country . i came from Spain only because of my marriage and for the last 15 years I had the most of it M&amp; D SSo i will shortly making a study of overseas Teraching and gointhere. I really don&#8217;t want to go to US, fareast and Middle east.</p>

there is one more company which is not listed.
It is TCS.
It is no more a govt company.
In this financial year they have fired more than 5000 employees and more.This did not make news as it was not bulk firing.It was done like 2 per day or 3 per day from all over India centers.I have seen victims closely.(The HR list).

Trust me that no company is govt company now a days.It all depends on the projects and profits.
Even Microsoft India has fired employess.

1) Calling Employee by HR and tell him that Project is not there...Please do resign by personal reason.. Else we will force to make you resign by Harressment...
2) If Employee try to justify his capabilities they will force him to sign PIP ( Performance improvement plan).. and they will tell all managers that he has got Attitude problems..
3)PIP consist of a mini project.All the week he will be called by HR and will be mentally harrsssed... If the Employee done that assignment.... they will call him and say you need done well ..so u can get job else where.. please give your ID card and you need to vacate the place ..take all your bellongings..your ID and Acsess will not work today onwards.. 
4)Mindtree HR will tell you need to resign by end of the Day..else we will say you where absconding from office... and we will terminate you...
5)Poor Employee noting can be done..He will resign.]]></description>
