Wrong Advertizement

I agree that the average age of the students entering MBA school is rising. But that means that 21-22 year old are being replaced by 24-26 years old. However looks like UTI Bank took this trend very seriously.
In an ATM inside IIM Lucknow campus (used predominantly by students) I am seeing advertisements for old age, senior citizens.
Is it because of an oversight or is it part of an deliberate exercise?
